Where will I meet your driver at the airport?
You will meet our taxi driver at the arrival hall of the airport holding your name board.
What happens if I cannot find my driver?

What if the flight is delayed or early?
We always check the flight status in advance and then meet you according to this.
We have childen travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?
You only have to inform us about the children’s ages and we provide you no extra charge, child/infant seats.
Can I pay the driver cash?
Yes, you can pay the taxi driver in cash at the pick up time.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can pay by credit card and by paypal in advance.
Can I make a booking on the phone?

I have completed a booking form, will I receive an e-mail confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation mail within 24 hours of quittance. In the case of your transfer is within 24 hours since the booking time, please contact us for immediate confirmation.
How early do I need to book my car?
You have to book at least 12 hours before. In each case the earlier you book the better for us for our costumer’s service. For last minute bookings, please contact us in time.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can do a cancellation or postponement on your booking. In each case please check terms and conditions.
If I have paid by credit card and cancel my booking will I get a refund?

Is gratuity included in the price?
Tips are not included in the price. Are concerning the willingness of the customer.
